Harry Smith retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Warrant Officer (W3) Engineering Tech. Submarines, after 23 years of service. From Aug. 1962 to present he has completed over 10,000 hours of electrical/electronic training. He taught basic electricity for four years. Harry holds an AS Degree in Electronics and an ATA in Business Management. He has 40 years of experience in the electrical field. Harry has functioned as a quality assurance officer, safety officer (OSHA Certified) and Engineering officer. He served as patrol boat captain, and U.S. Naval Advisor to South Vietnam, for one year. Harry has been employed at Ahearn Electric, Inc., as a Wash. St. Journeyman since July of 1993 and has been Ahearn's Service Manager since Feb. 1999.
